Boardgame are an Edinburgh-based improvised electronica duo who combine modular synthesis and custom audiovisual software to create unique, breathtaking shows.
This is not a DJ set.
Keith Duncan (modular synths, processed vocals) is a sound designer who has worked on several BAFTA-winning films (The Making of Longbird, Isabella and Hart's Desire). His work has been heard at Sundance, TED and Annecy, and broadcast on MTV, BBC, Channel 4 and Adult Swim.
Sam Healy (keyboards, synths, visuals) has released five studio albums as North Atlantic Oscillation, recorded several BBC 6music sessions and toured internationally with the likes of Engineers, Caribou, Bob Mould, Explosions In The Sky, Everything Everything and Ulrich Schnauss.
Everything is synchronised. Nothing is predictable.
